Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends is an American animated fantasy sitcom television series created by Craig McCracken. It was produced by Cartoon Network Studios for Cartoon Network. It ran from 2004 to 2009, airing a total of 79 episodes that spanned six seasons.
The series focuses on Mac, an eight-year-old boy pressured by his mother to abandon his imaginary friend Bloo, but finds luck when they move to an orphanage dedicated for imaginary friends. The two get to live together with other imaginary friends and house staff as they live out their day-to-day adventures, often in wild predicaments.
